Special information for recyclable and yard waste collections:
Drivers may leave recyclables and yard waste if it appears to them that there is any sort
of trash co-mingled in with the yard waste or recyclables. Place yard waste in special
bags marked for that purpose, or use a clearly marked container. Place yard waste on the opposite side of your driveway away from trash. Do not place trash
bags on top of recycling bins. Make sure recyclables are not placed in opaque bags. One additional recycling bin is available free of charge by calling Waste
Management's Customer Service Department.
If you have questions, need additional services or want to report a complaint; email
or phone Waste Management's Customer Service Department, at
csohio@wm.com or call 614-833-9111,
Monday - Friday 7AM-6:30PM, Saturday 8AM-2PM. WM's website is wm.com. To register a complaint
with the Township Office, contact Janis Bowling at 855-4260, and she will address the complaint with Waste
Management. Jefferson has the ability
